Robbie Grossman Sits again in ALDS Game 3

Grossman remains out of the lineup Tuesday for Game 3 of the ALDS against the Orioles.

Analysis: Texas will ride the hot hand with Mitch Garver, who is again filling the DH role and batting third after going 2-for-6 with a grand slam and five total RBI in Sunday's 11-8, Game 2 victory over Baltimore. Grossman is 2-for-14 with eight strikeouts so far this postseason.

Grossman is out of the lineup for Game 2 of the ALDS against the Orioles on Sunday.

Analysis: Grossman hit third as Texas' designated hitter in the first three games of the playoffs, but he'll take a seat Sunday after he went 2-for-14 with a double, a walk and eight strikeouts. Mitch Garver finished the regular season as the Rangers' primary DH and will fill that role in Game 2.
