AJ Pollock Rehab assignment Friday
Pollock (oblique) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Sacramento on Friday, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Analysis: Pollock has been out since Aug. 9 and was originally expected to miss three weeks. He'll be sidelined a bit beyond that timeline, though he should return at some point in early September assuming his rehab goes smoothly from this point.
