Jonah Heim Batting ninth in Game 5

Heim is starting at catcher and batting ninth Friday in Game 5 of the ALCS versus the Astros.

Analysis: He's part of the shakeup in the bottom-half of the Rangers' batting order, as he previously has hit sixth eight times and fifth once in Texas' first nine games this postseason. Heim collected exactly one hit in each of those first seven contests but is hitless his last two times out.

Jonah Heim Knocks in three

Analysis: Heim had a two-run single in the third inning then walked with the bases loaded in the fourth, helping the Rangers to clinch a playoff berth. Texas can clinch the division title with a win in Sunday's season finale, which means an important piece like Heim could start one more game.
