Penny Hart Re-signs with Seahawks
Hart has re-signed with the Seahawks via his exclusive rights free agent tender, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
Analysis: Hart has played in 20 games for the Seahawks over the previous two seasons after spending his roookie campaign on the practice squad. He recorded seven receptions for 59 yards in 2021, but was primarily used on special teams. He projects for a similar role in the upcoming season.

Analysis: Hart is a speedy wideout on a team with plenty of speed already. He never played more than 16 offensive snaps in a game. The 25-year-old will be a cut candidate heading into the 2022 campaign, especially if the Seahawks bring in another wideout via free agency or the draft.
